Lundi, un peu gris. A quand l'ete?

Well, this week is a short week due to interview day on Friday. Students will be receiving their report cards tomorrow. Hopefully parents, who have any concerns or who just want to come in and say hi, will have an opportunity to sign up for a time slot online...

Today, students worked on their skyscrapers. This week will mainly be dedicated to that. But everyone should keep the "Geographie" and "Histoire" chapters in mind, they'll be due soon!

Monsieur Wanie dealt, perhaps poorly, with an issue regarding students' desire for more time in the showers after pool... It was very difficult for Monsieur Wanie to understand students' intentions regarding a petition they had made due to the way in which it was presented. Students, should you wish to effect change within the school, you should begin by starting a dialogue with your subject teacher, homeroom teacher, vice-principal or principal. Monsieur Wanie has frequently provided time in class to raise issues which are of concern to you! As well, individually, should you have an issue that you would like to discuss, do not be shy! Bring it to your homeroom teacher, vice-principal or principal. It is very important for you to learn to stand up for yourselves and your rights. Teachers are available to guide you towards the correct manner in which to do so. It is also important to understand that, should you affix your name to a petition, you are agreeing that what you have signed is something something that you would stand up for yourself. You should not use someone else to do what you yourself are unwilling to do.
