M.Wanie for question #13 that says "Why do you think poverty exists in North America? How can governments and ordinary citizens help solve solve the problem of homelessness in our own country? Indenitfy some factors that contributeto the cycle of poverty and list some possible solutions." Can I focus more on the factors and less of everything else?
