For students, today is a day off school... In the meantime, Monsieur Wanie is working hard at getting his Term 1 reports together. Looking over all the grades, it's clear to see that this year's students are very hard workers. There will be quite a few great reports!
Students, just a quick note of encouragement: The "Geographie" textbooks are tough. The amount of effort required to complete the assignments and the readings is enormous, Monsieur Wanie is fully aware of that fact. That many of you try so hard and get such good grades is awesome.
The Term 2 chapters are not quite as difficult but a great deal of effort will still be required in order to do well! It is important to stay focussed and not get discouraged!
Keep up the good work! :)

when we're doing question 10 on geo, is it supposed to be a FLYER or a BROCHURE. because in the question it said flyer but you said brochure. i'm a bit confused.....
Hey Nathan: a brochure and a flyer are the same thing to me... either way, you need to advertise what those countries have that may be of interest to students (studying "Geographie"). Highlight tourist interests but also highlight the economic system the country has...
so does it have to be very long or just for example "come visit china" and a very short explanation of the economy?
Hey Aidan: nope, it can be pretty short. Include at least two images the show what kind of economic system the country has... or one comment and one picture... the rest can be images of tourist sites to elicit a desire in students to visit the country in question.
